Products & Natural Variation
All crystal products are made from natural stones. Color, pattern, size and weight may vary slightly from the images shown, and this natural variation is not considered a defect.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable handling fees unless stated otherwise. Payment must be received before an order is processed. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipment.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, suspected of resale without authorization, or affected by stock unavailability. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss passes to the buyer once the order is delivered to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.
