Orders & Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days worldwide depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Yes. We ship globally with tracked shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office. These are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.

Products & Sizing
Yes. Every bracelet is made with genuine, natural stone beads. Because nature does not repeat itself, color and pattern may vary slightly between pieces — no two bracelets are identical.
Our bracelets use a stretchy elastic cord that fits most wrists between 15 and 19 cm. If your wrist is larger, contact us and we will customize the length for you.

Natural stones are porous and can be damaged by water, perfume and chemicals. Please remove your bracelet before showering, swimming or exercising. Full care instructions are in our Care Guide.
Returns & Care
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. See our Returns Policy for full details.
Wipe gently with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from water, perfume and chemicals, and cleanse the stone’s energy monthly. Complete instructions are in our Care Guide.
We are sorry to hear that. Please send a photo to our support team within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a refund right away.
